MHKHN Return & Refund Policy
At MHKHN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items that are unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.
- How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please contact us at sales@mhkhn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@mhkhn.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
